Service Description

This menu is one of my go-to's for catering. In this course we will go over how to sauté and deglaze your pans to create a rich sauce. We will also make two delicious sides. These techniques are going to have you itching to host a dinner party! Choose one of each: • Chicken or Pork in a white wine cream sauce • Rice pilaf or Roasted Potatoes • Vegetables: - Maple and hazelnut glazed Brussel sprouts - Roasted parmesan garlic broccoli -Mushroom cauliflower, or -Glazed carrots *We believe classes are best enjoyed with friends and family. We have structured our classes to have a base price for the first two people and then a small additional fee per person.


Cancellation Policy

Because of the nature of our classes we require 3 days minimum for rescheduling or cancellations.
